- STANDARD TWIN BEARING - The standard twin bearing sets a depth of 1/2". The stacked design gives you great flexibility in material thickness. For additional collars/bearings, see the full set or USRBCS for our 7-piece set that has depths of 1/16" to 7/16" in 1/16" increments.
- 3 FLUTE DESIGN - Unlike most rabbet bits with only 2 cutters, the Ultra-Shear Rabbeting Bits have 3. This helps reduce chip load and provides cleaner cuts with less feed resistance.
- CARBIDE INSERTS - Unlike traditional bits, you'll never need to replace the entire tool when it dulls. Simply turn the three carbide inserts 90 degrees to reveal a fresh cutting edge. Once all four edges have been used, replace the inserts and you're ready to go again.
- AMERICAN MADE QUALITY - Like all Ultra-Shear products, the Carbide Insert Rabbet Router Bits are made right here in our Strongsville, Ohio, facility just south of Cleveland.
